Cookie Policy

NovexaOS currently uses cookies that are necessary to authenticate users and protect sessions. We do not currently use advertising or analytics cookies.

Effective and last updated: 1 August 2026

What cookies are

Cookies are small text records stored by a browser. They can keep a session working, remember a choice or help a service understand requests. Similar technologies include local browser storage.

Essential NovexaOS cookies

NamePurposeTypical duration
novexa_atKeeps an authenticated session active.Up to 15 minutes
novexa_rtSecurely renews an authenticated session.Up to 7 days

These cookies are HttpOnly, use SameSite=Strict and are marked Secure when served over HTTPS. They are required for signed-in features and are cleared during logout.

Other technologies and external resources

Public pages may request resources from providers such as map tiles or web-font services. Those providers can receive technical request information such as an IP address and browser details. Their own policies govern any storage they create.

The application may use browser storage for functional interface state. We will update this policy and, where required, request consent before introducing non-essential analytics or advertising technologies.

Your browser choices

  • You can inspect, block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
  • Blocking essential cookies will prevent login or cause authenticated features to stop working.
  • You can use public website pages without signing in, although external resources may still receive normal network-request information.

Changes to this policy

We will revise this page when the cookies or related technologies used by NovexaOS change. The date above shows the latest revision.
