Terms of Service

By accessing or using NovexaOS, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to act for your organisation. The service is intended for business users who are at least 18 years old. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

• Provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential.
• Use only the workspace, branch, role and records you are authorised to access.
• Notify your workspace administrator or NovexaOS promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
• Remain responsible for activity performed through accounts under your organisation’s control.

You retain rights in information submitted to your workspace. You grant NovexaOS the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and back up that information to provide, secure and support the service.

You are responsible for having a lawful basis and the necessary permissions to submit personal, shipment, document, customs, finance and client information. Do not upload content that is unlawful or beyond your authority.

• Do not probe, disrupt, overload or bypass service security or access controls.
• Do not introduce malicious code, scrape protected data or impersonate another person or organisation.
• Do not use the service to violate law, sanctions, trade controls, privacy, intellectual property or the rights of others.
• Do not rely on generated summaries or operational prompts as a substitute for qualified customs, legal, financial or compliance judgment.

We may improve, change or discontinue features and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or material breach. Commercial commitments, support levels and subscription details are governed by the applicable order or customer agreement.

Some functions depend on third-party infrastructure or services. NovexaOS is not responsible for third-party products outside our control, although we select and manage providers with service delivery in mind.

NovexaOS and its licensors retain rights in the service, software, design and documentation. These terms grant only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during authorised access. You may provide feedback, and NovexaOS may use it without identifying you or disclosing your confidential information.

You may stop using the website at any time. Workspace subscriptions and data-export or deletion arrangements follow the applicable customer agreement. We may restrict access for a serious security risk, unlawful use, non-payment where contractually applicable or material breach, using notice where circumstances reasonably allow.

Except for commitments in a signed agreement and to the extent allowed by law, the website and service are provided on an “as available” basis. NovexaOS does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that operational information will be free of errors.

To the extent allowed by law, each party’s liability is limited by the applicable customer agreement. Where no signed agreement applies, neither party is responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel. Continued use after the effective date means the revised terms apply, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
